Take your project to another level with the help of beautiful, communicative 3d renderings.
Architectural 3D renderings offer a more realistic and immersive way of visualizing designs – compared with traditional 2D drawings. With 3D renderings, clients can see how the finished project looks and feels, including the spatial relationships between elements and the impact of lighting and materials. This data is a solid foundation to make more informed design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Cost savings. By identifying potential issues in the design early on, 3D renderings reduce the risk of costly design errors or changes that could occur during the construction phase. For example, if a 3D rendering reveals that a design feature would be too difficult or expensive to construct, designers can modify the design before construction begins.
Time savings: 3D renderings speed up the design process by providing more efficient communication between designers, architects, and clients. With architectural renderings, designers can quickly make changes and adjustments, allowing clients to give feedback more efficiently and illuminating the need for lengthy meetings.
Improved communications: 3D renderings help explain design concepts to clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, who may not have technical expertise.
With architectural renderings, designers supply a visual representation of the final product, making it easier for stakeholders to understand and envision the finished project.
Marketing: Architectural renderings are an effective tool for advertising, as they showcase the design in a more visually appealing way. 3D renderings are used in brochures, presentations, and websites, clearly depicting the pros and cons of the project in 3D.
Realism. Highly realistic 3D renderings are an accurate representation of the finished project. Utilizing visualizations, clients can interact with the design tangibly, feel spatial relationships from multiple perspectives, and, if animated, walk through the project virtually, getting a better sense of the scale and layout. Why not reassure before proceeding and investing in construction?
Enhanced presentation: Pitch your projects in the best way possible. Bring your idea to the table in physical form, show the images, and describe all essential aspects of the design to enhance the chances of closing the deal.
When interested parties see the rendered design, it becomes easier for them to invest. Moreover, they will see your dedication, optimism, and readiness to put all of yourself into the idea. Your confidence in the idea will be depicted and described in highly realistic images.
An immersive and engaging presentation is an essential bonus that helps to convey the design concept and generate interest from potential investors. Get powerful images and deliver your inventions and ideas with beautiful, meaningful visualizations. We are here for you.
Lineindraft Design presents architecture in a way where everybody dives into the history and story of the design itself. Project Assessment: We evaluate the project requirements and gather details. This includes understanding the scope of work, desired deliverables, timeline, and any specific design preferences or references provided by the client.
Cost Estimation: Based on the project assessment, we provide a cost estimate. This estimate typically includes factors such as the complexity of the project, the number of renderings or animations required, the level of detail, and any additional services or revisions requested by the client.
Contract Negotiation: Once the client agrees to proceed with the project and the estimated cost, both parties enter into a contract. The contract outlines the terms and conditions, including project deliverables, timelines, revision policies, intellectual property rights, and payment arrangements.
Payment Terms: The 3D rendering company and the client agree upon payment terms, which may involve a deposit or milestone payments based on project milestones or specific deliverables. This ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the financial obligations and helps manage cash flow throughout the project.
Ongoing Communication: Throughout the project, we maintain regular communication with the client. This includes providing progress updates, seeking feedback and approvals at key stages, and addressing any queries or concerns that arise. Effective communication helps ensure that the project stays on track and meets the client’s expectations.
Iterative Process and Revisions: We offer two drafts or concepts based on the project requirements. The client provides feedback and requests revisions as needed to refine the visualizations. Every additional draft will cost extra in accordance with the contract. This iterative process continues until the client is satisfied with the final results.
Final Delivery: Once the client approves the final renderings, the 3D rendering company prepares the deliverables in the specified formats, such as high-resolution images or animations. The final files are then delivered to the client, either electronically or through a secure file-sharing platform.
Project Completion and Feedback: After the final delivery, the project is considered complete. The client may provide feedback or testimonials on the quality of work and the overall experience of working with the 3D rendering company. This feedback helps the company enhance its services and maintain client satisfaction.
*The process and details may vary depending on the individual, unique requirements of each project.

3D Interior Design Services by Lineindraft Design Studio Unlocking Creative Potential with 3D Interior Design Services
Interior Visualization Services: The Key to a Successful Interior Design. Intro In today’s fast design landscape,
To start the job, we will need general information about the project. Having a room layout is beneficial. Having plans and elevation is ideal if the service is an exterior architectural rendering. However, they do not necessarily have to be made by a professional. In most cases, it is informative enough when sketched by hand. 3D models of the building or space are a handy addition that would assist in understanding the design environment – nonetheless, such information is not a requirement. There is a slight differentiation of data required depending on the type of service you are looking for; as mentioned on the main page, we offer interior design, 3D architectural visualization< and interior 3D visualization.
There is no need to worry if there is a lack of information from your side – we can always advise you how to obtain essential measurements and images of the project, as long as you have access to the job site.
1)Accumulating project information from the clients.
Usually, this information includes plans, sketches, videos, measurements, materials, examples, and 3D models (if available). If there is no information available, we will gladly advise how to measure the space/environment.
2) Creating the first draft.
Once we have acquired all necessary project information, we 3D model and render the first draft of your project. This stage allows us to understand the design concept in detail.
3) Revision.
The creation of the first draft serves as a foundation for getting closer to the final picture. We discuss the improvements, additions, and modifications you would like to incorporate.
4) Creating the second draft.
At this phase, we add the changes discussed during the revision stage.
5) Final render and post-production.
Once you are happy with the second draft visualizations, we provide high-resolution images and drawings of the project.
*Importantly, there are only two draft sessions for the flat fee (not an hourly rate) assigned to each project. Each change after the second draft carries an additional charge.
There are three phases of the payment process 50-25-25. When we acquire the project information and agree on the price, 50% of the cost is required to start. The other 25% will be due after receiving the second draft. The final amount is received when we send the post-production renders/designs.
To secure the information of our clients, we use third-party payment processors.*
There are two primary rendering software that the Lineindraft Design Team utilizes: V-ray and Corona. For modeling programs, we maintain a larger spectrum of options that depends on the individual project, such as 3Ds Max and Sketch Up.
Besides the 3D modeling and rendering software, we find CAD graphics essential in the creation process. In this way, it is easier to communicate the idea among the team members.
There are multiple 2D programs we employ, such as AutoCad and LayOut. When there is something to sketch, we utilize the traditional pencil and pen, or more innovative programs, such as Procreate.
